About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Events to own and support the execution of webinars, trade shows, conferences, customer-events and other marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth. This is a high-ownership role on a lean, fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by bringing events and experiences to life. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly and support broader company goals.

What you’ll do

  • Cook up and support the execution of in-person and digital events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and webinars
  • Manage event logistics and operations, including timelines, travel coordination, vendor communication, bookings, onsite support, and post-event follow-up
  • Support end-to-end webinar coordination, including scheduling, speaker communication, rehearsals, live-event support, moderation assistance, attendee engagement, and follow-up activities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Design, customers, partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful event execution
  • Aid in event marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotional communications, social media coordination, and event-related content distribution
  • Cook up event materials and inventory, including booth assets, printed collateral, giveaways, company apparel, and shipped event supplies
  • Prepare post-event reporting, track event-related expenses, and help identify opportunities to improve future event performance and attendee engagement

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3 + years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, or a related B2B marketing role
  • Background in B2B software, SaaS, or technology environments preferred
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to working cross-functionally
  • Comfortable representing the company at live events and contributing to a positive attendee experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot and GoToWebinar preferred
