Regional Marketing Director, Americas

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Director, Americas to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape and execute a regional marketing strategy that supports growth across the Americas while aligning closely with global priorities. The selected leader will translate market insights into actionable plans, strengthen demand generation, and guide commercial marketing performance across the region. This position partners with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve go-to-market effectiveness, support new product launches, and drive measurable business outcomes. It also includes leadership responsibility for mentoring a regional marketing team and fostering accountability in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate global marketing strategy into a comprehensive regional growth plan focused on market prioritization and demand generation
• Own and optimize regional commercial marketing funnel metrics, including performance for new product launches
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies
• Serve as the voice of the commercial marketing organization, leveraging market insights for strategic decisions
• Mentor and develop a team of marketing managers, promoting accountability and innovative strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience or 12+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong background in B2B marketing with a proven financial accountability track record
• Leadership and planning experience within matrixed and multicultural environments
• Ability to translate global strategies into regional outcomes and deploy resources in line with business objectives
• Experience interpreting customer behaviors and market trends into actionable business strategies

Compensation: $210,000 – $230,000 annually
