Regional Manufacturing Engineering Lead (Remote)

About the role

This role will lead regional manufacturing engineering efforts with a focus on launching new lines, improving processes, and ensuring production readiness across assigned operations. The position partners closely with engineering teams, operations, and training stakeholders to resolve technical issues, support process changes, and strengthen execution. It is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.

Location & schedule

Remote — US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship available.

Compensation

$126,100 – $227,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for the assigned manufacturing area
• Support engineers in resolving technical questions
• Coordinate training for new hires and process upgrades
• Facilitate new line installations and process implementations
• Track and communicate changes to existing processes
• Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Expert in implementing new manufacturing lines
• Greenfield or brownfield experience preferred
• Knowledge of DFM/A, FMEA, and IPC requirements
• Proficient in SAP, MES, and MS Office suite
• Strong project management and training skills
