Regional Manager, Value-Based Care -Houston or West Texas

The Role

The Regional Manager, Value-Based Care executes the Partner Success delivery model for smaller or early-stage value-based care partners. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and foundational performance improvement.

This includes:

• Executing agreed-upon partner plans, initiatives, and service activations.
• Tracking performance and ensuring follow-through on action items.
• Maintaining regular partner touchpoints aligned to delivery expectations.

Foundational Partner Support

Develop proficiency of value-based care fundamentals and client management. Support partners in building core value-based care capabilities. Identify operational gaps, legacy challenges, and improvement opportunities. Reinforce consistency and reliability in partner experience.

Insight & Escalation

Surface risks, barriers, and insights to Regional Directors in a timely manner. Support retention efforts through responsive and dependable execution.

Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, administration, or care delivery.
• Experience supporting healthcare partners or operational delivery teams.
• Familiarity with value-based care concepts preferred.
• Strong execution and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and follow-through.
• Ability to operate within defined plans while flagging emerging issues.
