We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Sections present: - Who We Are (description of CIEE) -> could be About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is about organization. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. We need to decide which sections map. We have content: - Who We Are: description of CIEE mission. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" would be about the job itself. But we have "Who you are" and "What You’ll Do". The "Who We Are" is about organization. Might fit under "About the role"? Not exactly. However we could treat "About the role" as a summary of the position and organization. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine "Who We Are" and "Why Work With Us" into a section maybe "About the role"? But "Why Work With Us" includes benefits description. Actually benefits are listed there: "You will receive a competitive total rewards package...". That's benefits. So we could separate Benefits. We have: - Why Work With Us: includes benefits list and mission statement. - Who you are: description of role expectations. - What You’ll Do: responsibilities. - What You’ll Bring: qualifications/requirements/skills. - Location: location info. - Also mention remote. - Also mention background check etc (boilerplate to remove). We need to output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should NOT include those sections. We have Benefits: we have list of benefits under "Why Work With Us". So we can create Benefits section. We have Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list. We have Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What You’ll Bring" includes education, experience, skills, etc. We could split into Requirements (education, experience), Qualifications (maybe same), Skills (specific skills). But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We could have Requirements (education, experience), Qualifications (maybe people management, etc), Skills (communication, organizational, tech). However many of these overlap. To avoid thin sections, we could make one "Requirements" section that includes education, experience, people management, skills. But then we would not have Qualifications or Skills headings. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine into a single "Requirements" section that covers education, experience, skills, etc. However they gave examples of headings; we are not forced to use all. So we can choose to include only sections with substantive content: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. Possibly also "Skills" if we want to separate but risk thin. Let's see content for "What You’ll Bring": includes Bachelor's degree required, 5-7 years sales success, B2B and human capital solutions preferred, 3-5 years people management experience preferred, ability to draw conclusions, strong verbal/written communication, strong organizational skills, proactive, ability to work with remote field staff, ability to investigate/analyze, energetic, personable, goal/team-oriented, tolerance for ambiguity, sense of humor, technology proficiency (Salesforce, MS Suite, Teams), innovative, creative, flexible, passion for mission. That's a mix of requirements and skills. Could be split: Requirements: education, experience (sales, people management). Skills: communication, organizational, tech, problem-solving, etc. Qualifications maybe similar to requirements. To avoid thin sections, we could have "Requirements" covering education and experience, and "Skills" covering the rest. That's two sections, both substantive. We also have "About the role": could combine "Who We Are" and "Why Work With Us" (mission) maybe as About the role. But "Why Work With Us" includes benefits; we already have Benefits separate. So About the role could be mission description: "CIEE is a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization..." plus "You will change the world..." etc. That's substantive. Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list. Benefits: list from "Why Work With Us". We also have Location info: "Location: This position is available for candidates in Mackinac, Michigan, MI , US. Remote location only." This is location info; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but not in list. Could embed in About the role as a paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like background check etc. Now produce HTML fragment:

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. We removed boilerplate: "Reports to: Director of Placement Sales, Summer Work and Travel Department: Seasonal Exchanges Location: Mackinac, Michigan, MI , US Remote" we incorporated location into About the role. We removed "Who We Are", "Why Work With Us", "Who you are", "What You’ll Do", "What You’ll Bring", "Location:" etc as headings. We preserved all substantive info: mission, benefits, responsibilities, requirements, skills. Check if any info missed: "You will receive a competitive total rewards package. CIEE provides all employees with exceptional benefits, offerings that increase total compensation by up to 25%." This is a statement about benefits increasing total compensation. We didn't include that explicitly. Should we include? It's substantive. Could add a line in Benefits paragraph or list. Let's add a
  • Exceptional benefits that increase total compensation by up to 25%
  • maybe. Also "You will be part of a fast-paced, international, and collaborative team of professionals. CIEE operates the largest nonprofit network of study abroad locations, with facilities and staff in 30 countries. Additionally, we help international participants from over 140 countries come to the USA each year. Committed to excellence and solving whatever problem the world throws at them, CIEE professionals work on international teams, and are dedicated to advancing our almost 80-year-old mission to make the world a more peaceful place." This is part of Who We Are; we included mission but not the specifics about 30 countries, 140 countries, 80-year-old mission. Should we include? It's substantive. We could add to About the role paragraph. Let's incorporate: "CIEE operates the largest nonprofit network of study abroad locations, with facilities and staff in 30 countries, and helps international participants from over 140 countries come to the USA each year. Committed to excellence, CIEE professionals work on international teams to advance an almost 80‑year‑old mission of making the world a more peaceful place." Add to About the role. Also "You will change the world. CIEE builds bridges between people, countries, and cultures. We help young people participate in high-quality international exchange and study abroad programs that bring the world together. We change lives, our alumni change the world. Be part of the change!" Already included. Now Benefits: add line about total compensation increase. Also "You will receive a competitive total rewards package." Could be included as intro. Let's adjust Benefits section: start with a

maybe? But we need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The intro sentence could be a

      before list. That's okay. Thus:

      Benefits

You will receive a competitive total rewards package; CIEE’s exceptional benefits increase total compensation by up to 25%.

        ...
Now ensure no duplicate lines. Check Responsibilities list: we have all points from "What You’ll Do". Let's verify each: - Provide sales leadership by managing a team responsible for selling to new hosts, renewing and growing existing host relationships, and sourcing host families within a defined territory - Set
