What it's about
Partners Group is looking for a Regional Travel Manager who will sit in our Broomfield office to represent our travel function in the Americas and support our colleagues in the region.
Responsibilities
- Support and educate business travelers in their use of the Partners Group travel & expense platform
- Maintain the global business travel platform under the supervision of the Global Travel Manager. Will include partnering with third-party service providers, business partners and systems teams.
- Provide high-quality service by balancing travelers' convenience and travel costs based on an understanding of business travel needs, the travel industry, and relevant systems
- Swiftly and efficiently resolve issues raised by our internal customers and propose value-added solutions
- Manage regional corporate payment provider programs, including card issuance, policy compliance, spending oversight, and coordination with employees, managers, and payment providers.
- Act as deputy to the Global Travel Manager, assuming responsibility for operational travel management activities during periods of absence to ensure continuity of service.
- Prepare travel statistics and reports, interpret results and pro-actively propose suggestions for service and cost optimization
- Pro-actively support the team in projects and improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Finance or Tourism and Hospitality Management
- Ideal 3 – 5 years work experience
- Self-driven/directed, well organized person, able to manage and complete tasks effectively within demanding timelines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to learn and succeed
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP Concur
Qualifications
- Experience in travel management or related field
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations
- Experience with travel expense management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay
Base pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000, and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package.
