Regional Manager, Pulse Heart Institute

About the role

The Regional Manager oversees the daily operations for multiple affiliated health care physician practices/ancillary services located in Tacoma, Washington, and its surrounding areas. This position includes oversight of three locations and five specialties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain broad responsibilities for all administrative functions of the practice locations, including operations, marketing, finance, managed care/third party contracting, physician compensation and reimbursement information, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary service general knowledge and planning and development.
• Maintain a dual matrixed reporting structure as hospital-based leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or four (4) years of experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the specialty field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.

Pay and Benefits

Competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off are provided. The pay scale is $108,680.00 - $156,353.60 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications.
