Responsible for overseeing property management operations in a regional capacity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of properties
- Manage maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Develop and implement property management strategies
- Collaborate with local teams and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Skills
- Property management software proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
