Responsibilities

  • Promote positive dealer, chapter, rally, volunteer, and member relationships by managing member programs within an assigned U.S. region.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to H.O.G. rally committees, serving as a mediator to resolve conflicts.
  • Assist rally planning committees in ensuring compliance with laws and insurance requirements.
  • Evaluate rally performance and existing programs continuously, recommending improvements and modifications as needed.
  • Work with the Corporate Event Team to support National Rallies and events.
  • Develop and execute training programs and materials for the H.O.G. volunteer network and Harley-Davidson dealers.
  • Organize venues, materials, presentations, and equipment for training programs and regional events.
  • Support all membership programs, including H.O.G. Ride 365®, The Official Member Magazine, Roadside Assistance, and partnerships.
  • Provide information for Officer Newsletters, the Insider publication, Membership Guide, and The Enthusiast Magazine.
  • Participate in membership meetings, process improvement, quality planning, strategy, and budget sessions.
  • Execute Harley Owners Group Rally strategy and serve as the main point of contact with dealers and field employees for membership and H.O.G. chapters.
  • Lead regional officer training programs and coordinate H.O.G. member benefits, systems, and programs to drive year-on-year growth in membership numbers and satisfaction KPIs.
  • Deliver member communications through local channels, content, and connections.
  • Plan and successfully deliver Harley-Davidson events, measuring and reporting on key performance indicators to inform future event planning.
  • Develop training programs and materials for dealers, chapter, and rally committees.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to deliver promotions and support for events.
  • Support budget responsibility for assigned programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Motorcycle license (required).
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in organizing, managing, and promoting events and activities, leading and managing volunteer networks, and cultivating membership relationships.
  • Experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Harley-Davidson Membership Program.

Pay

The pay range shown represents the national average for this role. Your pay may vary based on geographic location and experience. The range is $81,200 - $121,600.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Travel required: 50 - 75%.
  • This position is eligible for domestic relocation assistance (within the posted country).
