REGIONAL MANAGER (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple Physicians Inc.
About the Role
Provides extensive leadership and direction to specialty and primary care physician practices. This role is responsible for managing the operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance of 5-10 off-site medical practices. Works collaboratively with physicians, practice managers, office managers, staff, TPI leadership, and other support departments to ensure the successful operation of high-quality, efficient office practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of medical practices
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure practice efficiency
- Implement and integrate organizational strategies, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required (or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in physician relations, practice management, and/or hospital administration
