Regional Manager Escrow - Westminster, CO

The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving and assisting our team players as they deliver truly remarkable real estate closing experiences to our clients. This role will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations on day-to-day operational activities within the escrow operation. This role will support multiple escrow branch locations across the greater Denver/Westminster market, requiring frequent travel between offices to ensure operational consistency, team performance, and client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant escrow experience
• Minimum five years of relevant escrow managerial experience
• Experience in leading projects requiring complicated
• Strong decision making skills and demonstrated ability to implement processes and procedures to create efficiencies
• Possesses problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
• Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential
• Excellent verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to deliver superior customer service
• Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment
