Responsibilities
- Supporting the closing representative and working with agents, buyers, sellers, lawyers, lenders, surveyors and others to ensure the closing gets completed on time and with a minimum of stress.
- Collecting, organizing, and processing all necessary documentation to facilitate the closing process.
- Ensuring documents are filed and checks are written after closing.
- Identifying and correcting missing, incorrect, or incomplete items.
- Providing white-glove service to agents, buyers, and sellers, maintaining their confidence and trust.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and creating a positive image for the company.
Qualifications
- One to four years of escrow processing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep agents, buyers, sellers, and all other parties informed and resolve issues.
- Experience in the real estate industry, specifically in the areas of title, escrow, real estate, or property management.
- Knowledge of front- and back-end processing procedures.
