What You’ll Do
- Support the escrow process by opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and assisting with disbursement and post-closing follow-up
- Communicate regularly with customers and internal partners throughout the escrow process
- Review and interpret agreements and instructions related to escrow closings
- Use a variety of technologies and systems to support accurate and efficient transactions
- Help deliver a seamless, professional, and positive experience for every customer
- Partner closely with the escrow team to manage priorities and keep transactions moving forward

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of escrow-related experience preferred
Pay
This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. Monthly commissions in addition to the annual base salary pay range: $75,000 - $85,000. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
