About the role
Glen Oaks Escrow in Glendale, CA, is seeking an Escrow Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role plays a key part in making the dream of homeownership a reality by assisting in the escrow process, communicating with customers, and ensuring a phenomenal customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the escrow process by opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and handling disbursements and follow-ups
- Interpret various agreements related to escrow closings
- Work with a variety of technologies to facilitate escrow transactions and ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Passion for helping customers and maintaining a professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally
- Problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt to new software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred

Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.16 - $29.56 hourly. The actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
