Regional Manager - Commercial Landscape Management

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Develops and implements strategic regional plans to meet corporate goals and objectives
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Reviews P&L’s and Financial Statements regularly
  • Hire, train, develop, and coach Branch Managers
  • Mets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Regularly visits jobs to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly, includes quality inspections
  • Works with Branches to insure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Company’s mission

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years landscape maintenance experience managing multiple branch operations including employee development, sales and financial management in the landscape industry
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with both clients and internal management team
  • Must be able to travel within state at least 50-60% as business dictates

As a Regional Manager for our Maintenance Division, you will lead multiple landscape maintenance branches in the East and West Phoenix Valley, focusing on improving profitability, streamlining operations, enhancing sales, controlling costs, and building quality.
