Regional Manager - Commercial Landscape Management

HIGHLIGHTS

• Develops and implements strategic regional plans to meet corporate goals and objectives
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
• Reviews P&L’s and Financial Statements regularly
• Hire, train, develop, and coach Branch Managers
• Makes regular visits to jobs to ensure supervisors understand the job and track it properly, including quality inspections
• Works with Branches to ensure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Company’s mission

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years landscape maintenance experience managing multiple branch operations including employee development, sales and financial management in the landscape industry
• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with both clients and internal management team
• Must be able to travel within state at least 50-60% as business dictates

About the Role

As a Regional Manager for our Maintenance Division, you will provide hands-on leadership, direction, and goals for multiple landscape maintenance branches within the East and West Phoenix Valley. This Regional role will be based in Phoenix, AZ.
