Regional Manager, Clinical Informatics (Remote)

Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver aligned solutions with project criteria
• Demonstrate effective people management and development skills
• Act as an ambassador for informatics and healthcare technology
• Monitor national and regional healthcare trends, especially nursing indicators
• Utilize data to track metrics and influence strategic execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare discipline required
• 8 years of relevant experience with diverse healthcare exposure
• 5 years in nursing or healthcare, including 2 years in management
• 3 years of cross-divisional industry experience

Qualifications

Preferred: MBA, MSN, or advanced degree

Pay

$135,600 – $225,900 annually
