Regional Manager

This position requires an active secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact with the Government COR and/or ACOR.
• Exercises full decision-making authority for contractor regional and site CSP activities.
• Manages as a PM in their respective regions in the absence of the PM.
• Affords assistance to the Program Manager, as required, in all the duties assigned to the Program Manager.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from US accredited college or university
• 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management (WM).
• Management or supply chain management, at least 5 years of demonstrated leadership
• At least 2 years of program management experience.
• Requires 5 years of demonstrated leadership, 2 years of IT experience related to Logistics, SCM, or WM, and 2 years of Program Management experience; or 3 years of Deputy Program Management/Project Management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Possess written and oral communications skills, to include public speaking.
• Possess excellent supervision/management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
• Possess a strong track record of delivering strong customer service.
• Highly developed leadership skills that enable one to make sound decisions, mediate and resolve conflicts between multiple decision-making groups, and handle diverse and complex problems.
• Strong analytical skills necessary to plan, organize, formulate innovative solutions and compile, analyze and evaluate data and prepare accurate reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to promote and maintain cooperative and courteous relationships between individuals with disparate interests.

Pay

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Regional Manager: $105-110k Pay commensurate with experience.
