Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee multiple fluid power locations for a specific region.
• Increase revenues and profits.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities by spreading best practices throughout branches within the region and as well as other regions.
• Identify revenue opportunities for current branch customers with new products and/or services.
• Seek and evaluate acquisition targets within the trade area that compliment current business trends.
• Drive revenue through outside and customer service sales teams with frequent customer visits and actionable sales plans.
• Control costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED and Equivalent experience.
• Ten (10) years experience in Fluid Power or Industrial Distribution environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Fluid Power certification preferred but not required with proper experience.

• Ability to prepare budgetary needs for future periods.
