Regional Maintenance Manager - Commercial Trucking

About the role

The Regional Maintenance Manager position supports ongoing growth throughout the Mid Atlantic region, leading teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and Jessup, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops
• Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
• Travel to shops regularly
• Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
• Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
• Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
• Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
• Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
• Willingness to travel within district (within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
• Business degree or technical school certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired

Schedule

This position requires regular travel to the diesel maintenance shops in New Jersey, eastern PA, and Jessup, MD.

Pay

$115,000-125,000 base salary with potential for annual bonus up to $15,000 based on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
