Regional Maintenance Manager - Commercial Trucking

About the role

The Regional Maintenance Manager position is a key leadership role for Miller Truck Leasing, supporting the company's continued growth. This position oversees multiple diesel maintenance shops in New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and Jessup, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops
• Implement and manage company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
• Travel to shops regularly
• Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
• Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
• Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
• Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
• Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
• Willingness to travel within district (within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
• Business degree or technical school certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired
