Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all maintenance activities for assigned regional Sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Assist in the development and administration of Site maintenance budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
- Led capital installation and improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, facility renovations, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Act as the subject matter expert for maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset performance.
- Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce operational disruptions.
- Train and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and third-party vendors.
- Cookordinate with operations, finance, and leadership teams to align maintenance strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to safety and building codes.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and monitor service-level agreements.
- Analyze maintenance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Respond to emergencies and develop contingency plans for critical equipment failures.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma / equivalent or completion of technical school or equivalent in training, experience, and education.
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-site maintenance management experience or 10 years of single-site maintenance management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing maintenance budgets.
- Proven expertise in capital installation projects and large-scale facility upgrades.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance software platforms.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be knowledgeable of OSHA safety requirements, especially those related to electrical and mechanical operations and components.
- Able to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Full knowledge of three phase 480-volt equipment.
- Working knowledge of three phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, computer interfaces and National Electrical Code.
- Ability to travel up to 65%.
- Lifting requirements are up to 50 pounds.
- Endure intermittent bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping and reaching.
- Standing for extended period.
- Ability to work under extreme conditions such as hot or cold temperatures, noise, dust, and dirt.
- Working at heights above 50’.
Pay & Benefits
Compensation: Base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 per year
