Regional Lead Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Regional Lead Aesthetic Injector to lead aesthetic clinical performance across our three Northern New Jersey locations. The ideal candidate is an exceptional aesthetic provider, strong leader, salesperson, and business-minded professional who can build a loyal patient following and drive aesthetic revenue. This hands-on position involves maintaining a productive personal treatment schedule while developing and mentoring other injectors.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and business performance leadership for aesthetic departments across all three locations
• Perform injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Conduct new and existing patient consultations, including good faith examinations
• Provide facial balancing and comprehensive treatment planning
• Administer Vitamin IV therapy
• Manage patient follow-ups, conversion of consultations into treatment plans, rebooking, and long-term patient retention

Leading the Aesthetic Team

• Coach and mentor providers across all three locations on consultations, treatment planning, patient experience, and sales
• Establish and uphold high standards for aesthetic outcomes and patient care
• Drive consistency in treatment protocols and patient experience across locations
• Review provider schedules, productivity, and aesthetic performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Support providers in building and maintaining full treatment schedules
• Partner with management and marketing on promotions, events, patient acquisition, and growth initiatives
• Assist with onboarding and training of new aesthetic providers

Build and Own Your Patient Schedule

The ideal candidate takes ownership of their schedule and patient base by actively developing relationships, recommending treatment plans, rebooking patients, following up on opportunities, generating referrals, and collaborating with marketing and management teams to maintain a productive schedule.

How Performance Is Measured

• Personal aesthetic revenue and injectable treatment volume
• Regional aesthetic revenue growth
• Consultation-to-treatment conversion and patient rebooking rates

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP or APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing, eligible to provide aesthetic and wellness services in New Jersey
• 5 or more years of hands-on aesthetic injecting with strong neurotoxin and dermal filler skills, working independently (4 years considered for exceptional candidates)
• Experience with Vitamin IV therapy
• Experience running comprehensive aesthetic consultations and building treatment plans
• Working knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and GLP-1 medical weight management
• Ability to educate patients on broader wellness offerings and identify wellness consultation opportunities
• Highly confident discussing treatment recommendations and pricing with patients
• Comfortable being accountable to revenue and performance measures
• Strong communicator and team leader, sales-minded without compromising patient care
• Willingness to travel between three Northern New Jersey locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership, lead injector, trainer, or multi-location experience
• Biostimulator experience such as Sculptra or Radiesse
• A facial balancing portfolio with documented cases

Compensation

Full-time salaried position at $120,000–$140,000 base salary, determined by credential and hands-on injecting experience, plus performance bonuses tied to individual production and regional leadership performance.
