Lead Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA)
About the Practice
An established multi-unit medical spa with a flagship location in Suffolk County and a growing second location on Long Island. Part of a national medical spa network with continued expansion planned across Long Island and downstate New York. The ownership group is a seasoned multi-brand consumer wellness operator with a strong track record of building franchise businesses on Long Island, contracted to open 20+ additional locations across Long Island and downstate New York in the coming years. Ownership is invested in building a team of providers, not just filling chairs.
The Role
We are hiring a Lead Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to serve as the senior clinical provider at our flagship Suffolk County location, with visibility across a second Long Island location as the practice scales. You'll own the consultation, treatment, and patient relationship for a loyal book across advanced injectables, biostimulators, and a growing wellness offering. You'll also help set the clinical bar: mentoring junior clinical staff, contributing to protocols and treatment standards, and owning complex or premium cases where a senior hand matters. This is the anchor injector role in the market and a ground-floor seat in a 20+ location New York expansion.
What You'll Do
- Perform the full injectable menu: neurotoxins, HA fillers, PRF/EZ Gel, and biostimulators (Sculptra + Radiesse), with precision, safety, and a natural-results philosophy.
- Lead consultations end-to-end: full-face assessment, personalized treatment planning, patient education, and next-step confirmation before the guest leaves your care.
- Build and retain your patient book through consistent outcomes, rebook cadence, and the kind of trust that makes patients refer their friends.
- Set the clinical bar by mentoring junior clinical staff, contributing to treatment protocols, and owning complex or premium cases where a senior hand matters.
- Support guests across the practice's wellness menu (HRT, GLP-1, peptides, IV/IM therapy) with full training provided.
- Represent the practice in advanced trainings and industry education as new techniques and technologies come into the clinic.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver a premium guest experience within a physician-supervised model.
Requirements
- Active New York license in good standing: NP, APRN, or PA.
- 3+ years of independent aesthetic injecting in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting. Tox-only and assisted-only profiles are not a fit.
- Sculptra and Radiesse experience, independent, from day one. Training on biostimulators is not available for this position.
- Strong HA dermal filler scope: full-face planning and execution with a facial-balancing, natural-results approach.
- Strong consult communication: comfortable leading treatment planning, setting realistic expectations, and building long-term patient relationships.
- Able to train and mentor other injectors: you can teach technique, injection planning, and protocol to less experienced injectors, and you are ready to own the clinical standard for the team. Prior lead, senior, or trainer experience is the clearest evidence of this.
- Local to Long Island with a commute under 1 hour to central Suffolk County.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established local patient following in Suffolk or Nassau County is a real earnings accelerator in this role.
- BBL/MOXI, Sciton, or comparable energy-based device experience.
- RF microneedling experience (Pixel8 or equivalent).
- Wellness background: HRT, GLP-1/weight management, peptide therapy, or IV therapy. Will train the right candidate.
- PRF/EZ Gel experience.
Compensation
- Base pay: $75–$95/hour.
- Plus production bonus: 5% of production revenue.
- Top-performing injectors have produced $70,000–$100,000/month, resulting in $15,000 to $20,000 in monthly compensation. Uncapped upside driven by your production and patient retention, not a shared pool.
Benefits
- Medical benefits.
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Employee pricing on services and retail products.
- Discounts at other owner-operated businesses.
Why This Role
- A Lead who builds and retains a loyal book on a full-service menu earns accordingly. We're happy to walk through modeled earning scenarios with serious candidates.

- The flagship is your home base. The primary commitment is one location. Visibility at a second Long Island location as the multi-unit expansion continues.
