What will you be doing?
- Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders to build and maintain trust in the IT support model.
- Deliver prompt and effective local support for key executive teams in the region, ensuring seamless operation of boardrooms and physical conferencing equipment.
- Actively participate in service management meetings, prioritize regional IT support needs, and serve as the primary point of contact for urgent escalations.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to forecast and deliver required equipment such as telephones, printers, computers and other IT equipment in line with the Nufarm SOE
- Manage physical hardware during user onboarding and offboarding
- Manage IT stockpile and spare or loan equipment
- Provide a local point of contact for any physical changes that need to be made to IT infrastructure
- Complete requisitions for IT equipment not available in standard Ariba catalogues.
- Support the Regional IT Business Manager for local contract requirements (eg. Infrastructure Services, Phone Support)
- Cookordinate Support for Regional Services with Third parties outside the Accenture Scope Coordinate Vendor support for onsite visits
- Provide a local point of contact for any physical changes that need to be made to IT infrastructure
- Support the Lab and OT teams for offline or isolated equipment
What do you bring?
- 5+ years of IT hardware/software support experience
- Professional documentation, communication and followup skills
- Prior experience using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool
- Provide excellent status, feedback and follow up of assigned tasks
- MS based Device provisioning and Software deployment experience
Preferred:
- Workstation imaging experience
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, and mobile device management
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
- Flexibility to coordinate across time zones
