Location: Onsite role in Orlando, FL or Las Vegas, NV with 5% travel required between sites. We are looking for a Regional IT Analyst to support two production locations. The role is deliberately split: approximately half the week is hands-on technical support covering hardware, software, and networking, and half is front-line support for our ERP and connected business systems access, errors, data, and the documentation that keeps them usable.
Responsibilities
- Site Support (50%): Serve as first and second-line support for both locations across hardware, software, and connectivity. Complete tickets through resolution and including documentation. Same-day remote response, on-site presence within the committed window, and a scheduled visit cadence at whichever site is not home base. Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, printing, and production-adjacent equipment at both sites, working within the endpoint standards. Support the physical network edge - switching, wireless coverage, cabling, and site connectivity. Diagnose locally and coordinate with central network and infrastructure staff on changes that extend beyond the site.
