You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities
- Manage sales and revenue generation for large, complex accounts
- Serve as a consultant providing tailored recommendations to clients
- Build trusted advisor relationships to influence solution adoption
- Promote T. Rowe Price strategies via in-person meetings and events
- Achieve territory sales goals aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct research on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Ensure high client satisfaction through efficient problem resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related work experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Advanced investment and capital markets knowledge
- Advanced relationship management and sales skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective use of data
- Collaborative and team-oriented work style
