About the Role

Join our growing team as a Regional Hyperbaric Coordinator and play a critical role in shaping and supporting hyperbaric medicine programs across Florida and Georgia. This is an opportunity to become the go-to expert who helps launch new programs, mentor clinical teams, ensure patient safety, and elevate the quality of hyperbaric services throughout an expanding network of wound care and hyperbaric centers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hyperbaric program oversight and consultation for assigned wound care and hyperbaric centers.
  • Travel extensively to support new center launches, staff onboarding, and ongoing operational needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive hyperbaric safety, physiology, and equipment training for clinical teams and physicians.
  • Serve as a Hyperbaric Safety Director resource and provide coverage when needed.
  • Conduct hyperbaric chamber system orientations and competency validations.
  • Act as a preceptor and mentor for hyperbaric and wound care staff.
  • Collaborate with Program Directors and senior leadership to drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with staff, physicians, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resources and support efficient expense management.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Provide direct hyperbaric technologist coverage in centers as needed.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work environment focused on exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Current Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) credential through the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT).
  • Current Hyperbaric Safety Director designation.
  • Strong knowledge of hyperbaric medicine, chamber operations, patient safety, and clinical education.
  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various locations.

Travel Requirements

This role requires a highly flexible professional who is comfortable traveling to support center operations, start-up activities, and clinical coverage needs. Travel may be required up to 85% of the time throughout Georgia and Florida. Qualified business travel expenses are reimbursed.
