About the role
We are seeking a Regional Human Resource and business partner to support skilled nursing facilities in Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and consulting support related to hiring, training, human resources policies and procedures, FMLA, Work Comp, retention and terminations.
- Analyze data and trends to effectively communicate to facilities how to improve the employee experience.
- Show leadership, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
- Multi-task while ensuring results are achieved.
Requirements
- At least 4 years experience working in the long-term care industry.
- A solid knowledge of employment regulations.
- The ability to create programs and enhance the overall people culture in facilities.
