About the role

The Regional Grounds Maintenance Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and landscaping operations within a designated region. This individual will ensure that all grounds are maintained to a high standard, adhering to company policies and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and performance monitoring
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure property upkeep
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Train and supervise ground maintenance staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or similar field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
