Grounds Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
• Garbage/Trash disposal
• Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work alone
• Safety Oriented
• Must be able to safely operate a golf cart or Gator (UTV) as an essential function of the role; a valid driver’s license is required for this duty

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
