About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with daily operations, including but not limited to check-in/check-out procedures, inventory management, and maintenance of guest records.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and holiday coverage required.
