Responsibilities

  • Manage daily business activities across 4 locations
  • Develop and implement growth strategies
  • Promote an exceptional customer service culture and strong work habits
  • Enhance team productivity and improve internal processes
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor expenses and oversee financial performance
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and vendors

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, College degree a plus
  • 5+ years experience in commercial management (sales/parts/service)
  • Experience managing multiple locations
  • Proven success leading and managing company goals
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Compensation

  • Base salary ($150k) plus commission/bonuses
