Responsibilities
- Manage daily business activities across 4 locations
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Promote an exceptional customer service culture and strong work habits
- Enhance team productivity and improve internal processes
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor expenses and oversee financial performance
- Build strong partnerships with customers and vendors
Requirements
- High School diploma required, College degree a plus
- 5+ years experience in commercial management (sales/parts/service)
- Experience managing multiple locations
- Proven success leading and managing company goals
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Compensation
- Base salary ($150k) plus commission/bonuses
