Regional Farm Manager I
- .
Requirements: maybe the education/experience part? Or "Qualifications Education/Experience:" could be Requirements. But we also have separate Qualifications section for licenses etc. The posting lumps Education/Experience and then later "Qualifications Education/Experience:" Actually they wrote "Qualifications Education/Experience:" then list. Then later "Skills:" separate. So we can treat "Qualifications" as the education/experience and license requirements. But we also have a separate "Skills" section.
Thus we could have:
- About the role: overview paragraph.
- Responsibilities: bullet list.
- Qualifications: education/experience + license requirements.
- Skills: bullet list.
- Benefits: from Total Rewards paragraph.
- Pay: mention base salary component and discretionary short-term incentives.
- Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include Schedule if no content.
We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Schedule.
Pay: we have info: base salary component of Total Rewards, exact compensation determined by factors, additional compensation discretionary short-term incentives. That's enough for Pay section.
Benefits: we have comprehensive healthcare, well-being benefits, paid family leave, generous paid time off, banking perks, tuition reimbursement, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K plan with company match, plus later Total Rewards list: Competitive health, dental & vision coverage with HSA match, 401(k) with employer match + Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Generous PTO, paid holidays & parental leave, Tuition reimbursement & performance-based bonuses. We'll combine.
We must not repeat boilerplate like EEO etc.
Now produce HTML fragment with headings
for each section. We need to ensure we don't include empty sections. Let's craft:

Pay

We should avoid duplication: Benefits list includes some overlapping items; we can keep but maybe deduplicate. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep both but maybe combine. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should not omit any detail. However we can combine similar items but must not lose detail. If we combine, we might lose some nuance but still preserve all info? Might be considered summarizing. Safer to keep all statements as they appear, but we can group similar but not lose. We have two paragraphs about benefits: first: "Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare, well-being benefits, paid family leave as well as generous paid time off. Total Rewards also include banking perks, tuition reimbursement, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and a 401K plan with company match." Then later "Total Rewards: Competitive health, dental & vision coverage with HSA match 401(k) with employer match + Employee Stock Purchase Plan Generous PTO, paid holidays & parental leave Tuition reimbursement & performance-based bonuses". There's overlap but we can keep both as separate bullet points; it's okay if some duplication but we must not invent. Duplication is allowed? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplicate lines. So we need to deduplicate. Let's list unique benefit items: - comprehensive healthcare - well-being benefits - paid family leave - generous paid time off - banking perks - tuition reimbursement - Employee Stock Purchase Plan - 401K plan with company match - Competitive health, dental & vision coverage with HSA match (this overlaps with comprehensive healthcare but more specific; we can keep as separate but it's similar; maybe we can combine? But to avoid duplication, we could note "healthcare (including dental, vision with HSA match)" but that's summarizing. Might be considered summarizing away detail. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we could keep both but they'd be duplicated lines? Not exactly same line but overlapping. The rule about duplicated lines likely refers to
