About the role

The Regional Facilities Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all facilities services within a designated region. This includes managing maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating facility upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of facilities services team
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Coordinate facility upgrades and renovations
• Manage vendor relationships for facility services
• Develop and implement facility maintenance plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety protocols
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
