Regional Executive Chef, Northeast Region - Collegiate Hospitality

Job Responsibilities

• Train and support account chefs, kitchen teams, and senior leadership.
• Implement company-wide standards while allowing for local adaptation.
• Work with teams to plan and price menus.
• Ensure accurate safety and sanitation in kitchen.
• Coordinate special catering events.
• Offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques.
• Provide ongoing training to local chefs, ensuring they meet company culinary standards and can adapt to regional needs.
• Show strong communication and presentation skills with both teams and clients.
• Multi-task and pivot based on account needs and situations.
• Consistently communicate with Regional Culinary Director, Regional Executive Chef, and District Managers to identify needs and support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry & culinary management experience.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Absolutely essential to success in this role: Previous experience with control food & labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu development and pricing, and development of culinary team.
• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Ability to adapt to online systems and high proficiency in Microsoft 365.
