About the role
We are hiring a Regional Engagement Specialist to join our Wellbeing Engagement team in the US. We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Engagement Specialist to act as a "culture transformation agent," bridging the gap between Wellhub’s mission and our diverse client base. This is a planning and strategy position where you will design and execute scalable marketing engagement strategies that drive user adoption across a complex portfolio of clients. If you are a curious problem-solver who thrives in the "gray area" and loves connecting dots across an ecosystem, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Deploy Wellhub’s global engagement strategy within the US market, tailoring your approach to fit specific client types and service levels.
- Ecosystem Planning: Plan and execute sustainable communication strategies through HR channels, ensuring our mission resonates with every end-user.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work enthusiastically with internal and external stakeholders to unblock projects and bring creative initiatives to life.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Track client performance data to inform your portfolio strategy. Use numbers to reshape and influence future strategies.
- Project Agility: Manage multiple timelines with precision. Streamline tasks and pivot quickly when client needs or market conditions change.
- Brand Stewardship: Manage and communicate the branding assets necessary to hit engagement goals while maintaining visual and message integrity.
Requirements
- The "Gray Area" Navigator: Comfortable making informed decisions even when you don't have all the facts. You see unknowns as opportunities to build, not roadblocks.
- Strategic & Agile: Ability to zoom out to see the "big picture" (the ecosystem) but zoom in to execute the smallest detail.
- Curious & Quick Learning: Hunger to understand the "why" behind the "what" and can get up to speed on new industries or tools rapidly.
- Client-Facing Polish: Proven ability to manage client relationships with empathy, professionalism, and creative problem-solving.
- Hyper-Organized: Find joy in a well-managed JIRA board and can juggle high-priority projects without dropping the ball.
- Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
Benefits
- WELLHUB: Free Gold-level membership with access to onsite gyms and studios, digital fitness programs, and online wellness resources for meditation, nutrition, mental wellbeing support, and more. Add up to three family members to your plan.
- HEALTHCARE: Health, dental, and vision insurance. Access to telehealth, care concierge, and an Employee Assistance Program.
- FINANCIAL WELLNESS: 401(k) match, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance.
- FLEXIBLE WORK: Hybrid and remote options. One-time reimbursement to set up your home office and a monthly work allowance. US HQ is in New York City. Eligible locations include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Define schedules that align with time zones, team needs, and personal routines.
- PAID TIME OFF: Minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5), plus annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday).
- PAID PARENTAL LEAVE: Up to 12 weeks 100% paid parental leave to all new parents. For parents giving birth, up to 18 weeks paid leave and a ramp-back period to return part-time.
- CAREER GROWTH: Access world-class platforms, interactive sessions, personalized development roadmaps, and internal opportunities.
- CULTURE: Join a team of passionate people who value collaboration, open communication, and a culture where every perspective matters.
