Regional Engagement Officer - Idaho

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Engagement Officer - Idaho to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead regional outreach and relationship-building efforts across Idaho, with a strong emphasis on engaging business leaders and financial institution executives. The position partners closely with local leadership to gather economic insights, support public service objectives, and strengthen the organization's presence in the region. It is well suited for a self-directed professional who can represent the organization with credibility, build trust quickly, and contribute to meaningful community and stakeholder engagement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,900 – $204,100 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with regional leadership to implement local business outreach plans Represent the organization through strategic engagement with local business leaders Advance the district's strategy as a public service provider Connect with influential business leaders to gather economic insights Participate in key business associations to support regional engagement Manage relationships with financial institution executives Identify engagement opportunities through forums and events Support the local regional engagement team as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience 12+ years of professional experience in external outreach Reside in the Boise, Idaho area and be able to work 100% remotely Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the region Demonstrated independence and initiative in the local Idaho region Excellent written, speaking, and presentation skills High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Pre-tax flexible spending account Backup child care program Paid family care leave Vacation days and sick days Paid holidays Pet insurance Matching 401(k) Retirement and pension plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
