We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: advertisement closes date, click here for more details, hiring agency maybe? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "Advertisement Closes 9/23/2026 (11:59 PM ET) 2604922 Regional EMS Inspector Pay Grade 14 Salary $3,672.84 - $5,509.24 Monthly Employment Type EXECUTIVE BRANCH | FULL TIME | ELIGIBLE FOR OVERTIME PAY | 18A | 37.5 HR/WK Click here for more details on state employment." This includes metadata like closing date, job ID, pay grade, salary, employment type. We need to preserve substantive info: salary, employment type, work week hours, etc. The instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD') and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." We have salary range: $3,672.84 - $5,509.24 Monthly. Also employment type: EXECUTIVE BRANCH | FULL TIME | ELIGIBLE FOR OVERTIME PAY | 18A | 37.5 HR/WK. So we have Pay and Schedule sections. Benefits: list of benefits described: "Take home vehicle Paid time off (sick and vacation) plus paid holidays Overtime and compensatory time Affordable health insurance with optional Health Reimbursement Account Life insurance Retirement Wellness incentives program Training and career development opportunities Optional Deferred Compensation program (401K) Employee discounts on electronics; health and wellness; retail; travel, events and entertainment; and services and education". So we can create Benefits section. Also we have "Reasons To Work For Us Include" which is basically benefits. So we can combine. We have description about role: The Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services (KBEMS) is a State Regulatory agency... The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated... This Position Is Responsible For The Following Duties (list). Then Preferred Skills And Abilities (list). Then Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, Substitutions, Special Requirements). Then Working Conditions. Then Probationary Period. Then contact info (maybe we should keep? It's not boilerplate? It's contact for questions. Might be considered application instruction? It says "If you have questions about this advertisement, please contact Terry Briscoe at Terry.Briscoe@ky.gov ." That's not application instruction but contact. Might keep as a short paragraph? The instruction says remove application instructions. This is not exactly application instruction but contact for questions. Might be okay to keep as a paragraph? Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep as a paragraph under maybe "Contact" but we don't have a heading for Contact. Could just include as a

after sections. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (description of agency and ideal candidate). Responsibilities (the duties list). Requirements (minimum requirements). Qualifications maybe same as requirements? Could combine. Skills (Preferred Skills And Abilities). Benefits (Reasons To Work For Us). Pay (salary range). Schedule (work week, overtime eligibility). Possibly also Working Conditions as a section? Could be part of About the role or separate. But we have limited headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use those as needed. We could put Working Conditions under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to add a separate section but not in list; but instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: description of KBEMS, ideal candidate self-motivated, communication, analytical skills, etc. Also maybe working conditions? Could include working conditions there. - Responsibilities: the list of duties under "This Position Is Responsible For The Following Duties". - Requirements: Minimum Requirements (education, experience, substitutions, special requirements). Also maybe include "Must possess a valid Kentucky Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic License." etc. - Qualifications: maybe we could combine with Requirements, but we need a section only if real specific content. Could put Preferred Skills And Abilities under Skills, and Requirements under Requirements. Qualifications maybe not needed. - Skills: Preferred Skills And Abilities. - Benefits: Reasons To Work For Us list. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: work week 37.5 hr/wk, eligible for overtime pay. We also have employment type: EXECUTIVE BRANCH | FULL TIME | ELIGIBLE FOR OVERTIME PAY | 18A. Could include in Schedule or About the role. Probably Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like "Advertisement Closes ...", "Click here for more details on state employment.", "An Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D". Remove those. We must preserve all substantive info: include contact? Might be considered not boilerplate but maybe not needed. The instruction says remove application instructions. Contact for questions is not application instruction but could be considered part of posting. Safer to keep? Might be considered not essential. I'd keep it as a

at end maybe under a generic heading? But we don't have a heading for contact. Could just include as a

after sections without heading. That's allowed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). It might be okay to have a

without heading. But better to avoid stray text. Could incorporate contact into About the role as a note? Not ideal. Maybe we can omit contact; it's not critical substantive info? It's info for questions. Might be considered substantive. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should keep it. Could put it under a

after sections, maybe preceded by a

like "Contact". But not in allowed list. However instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can add other headings like Contact. But to be safe, we could just put it as a

without heading. That might be okay. Let's craft HTML. Structure:
