About the Role

The Regional EHS Manager leads environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. This role provides oversight of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs while partnering with site leaders to strengthen safety culture and reduce operational risk. It combines strategic leadership with day-to-day EHS support, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS compliance and risk management programs.
• Oversee and continuously improve PSM programs and standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics.
• Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture.
• Deliver EHS training and regulatory guidance to employees.
• Support daily EHS operations, including hazard identification and mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing OSHA compliance programs.
• Extensive experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar professional certification.
• Multi-site or regional EHS leadership experience.
• Experience supporting chemical, energy, or highly regulated operations.
• Proficiency with EHS data analysis, reporting, and audit management systems.

Pay

The salary for this role is $100,000–$125,000, based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
