Responsibilities
- Conducts needs analyses to identify education needs and develop programs compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborates with service lines and departments to identify development requirements.
- Creates, updates, and modifies educational materials and programs.
- Incorporates clinical care and techniques into educational offerings.
- Evaluates education programs to ensure they meet learning needs.
- Implements programs according to relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Three years of Med Surg RN nursing experience
- Washington State Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support - CPR
Preferred
- Master's degree in Nursing

Pay and Schedule
The posted compensation range is $50.25 - $97.78 per hour, reflecting the lowest to highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this position. The employment type is Full Time, with hours of 80 per week and a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Schedule
The shift is a Day shift, and remote work is not available.
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and three years of Med Surg RN nursing work experience, along with a Washington State Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support - CPR certification.
