Regional Director - West / PNW (CA/WA)

The Opportunity

Lead and scale Oasis' enterprise business in your region. You will hire Account Executives, build pipeline from the ground up, and take ownership of the most important deals.

This is not a management role. If you're not comfortable stepping into deals and closing - this is not the role. You will lead from the front, drive complex enterprise deals, and build a team that can win them.

What You'll Own

• The number - pipeline, forecast, and revenue
• The team - hiring and developing Account Executives
• The deals - stepping into and driving critical opportunities
• The territory - building coverage, pipeline, and presence

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
• Hire and ramp Account Executives in your region
• Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition
• Step into critical deals and help drive them to close
• Establish how the region operates and wins
• Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth

Background

• Track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required)
• Experience selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Builder mindset - comfortable creating pipeline and structure
• Leadership experience or strong first-line leaders ready to step up
