Regional Director – Threshold Giving Face-to-Face Fundraising

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and support multiple Canvass Directors and offices across your region
• Launch new teams, offices, and campaigns in priority markets
• Recruit, hire, develop, and hold accountable exceptional leaders at every level
• Drive fundraising results and ensure campaign objectives are consistently exceeded
• Analyze performance data, set strategy, and lead continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and local communities
• Travel approximately 3 weeks out of every month to lead, train, and support teams in the field

Requirements

• Completion of Threshold Giving Trainer Training
• Completion of Team Leader (TL) Training
• Willingness and ability to travel 3 weeks out of every month
• Reliable transportation and openness to relocate if needed
• All current leaders ready to take greater ownership are encouraged to apply
