Regional Director, Sales & Recruitment-2
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Lead recruitment campaigns, career events, and digital marketing initiatives to attract top talent
- Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Aid potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them
- Understand and become an expert on how the company operates and be able to navigate within systems to support new agents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training
- Experience recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Demonstrates proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe)
- Maintains a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Actively listens, seeks clarification when needed, and communicates effectively in response to questions
- Adheres to organizational policies and procedures, upholds company values, and exercises sound judgment by involving appropriate team members in decision-making
