Regional Director, Patient Access Field (Dermatology-West)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Access Managers to ensure efficient patient access to therapies
• Develop and execute regional strategies with payers, providers, and patients to optimize the patient journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align access strategies and address barriers to access
• Drive team development, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring accountability for access objectives
• Monitor team performance, addressing gaps with actionable development plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with 4-7+ years in the biotech/specialty space
• 3+ years in access management roles and/or direct people management experience
• Expertise in US healthcare systems, payer landscapes, PBMs, MCOs, and Medicare/Medicaid policies
• Proven leadership capabilities with a strong track record of managing and developing high performing teams
