Charlie Health’s virtual substance use disorder treatment program is available in select states. All professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independently owned and operated professional practices.

Qualifications

• Primary substance use disorder diagnosis
• Primary eating disorder diagnosis (for those programs)
