About the Role

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations of multiple hotels in a designated region. In this role you will manage projects as directed by the VP of Operations, maintain operational and service standards, handle long-range planning, troubleshooting, and team coaching/mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Assume the responsibilities of the training and development of new Resident General Managers.
  • Conduct performance reviews, plans, and actions for direct reports.
  • Analyze financial information, guest satisfaction, and associate satisfaction for trends; assist the management team in implementing corrective plans and actions.
  • Perform regular asset evaluations to ensure daily operations protect the owner’s assets.
  • Ensure long-range plans are in place at all hotels under directive.
  • Investigate problems that arise in hotel operations.
  • Prepare reports used to make management decisions and perform critical evaluations.
  • Focus on upholding brand standards.
