Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to own and meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Lead and develop the Account Executive team by providing clear direction, feedback, coaching and recruiting key talent.
  • Drive execution of the Call Box Sales Playbook.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations tailored to large and key prospects’ needs and priorities.
  • Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve team objectives.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of account.
  • Travel up to 25%

Requirements

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience leading a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to plan and execute strong strategies.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team.
  • Able to manage and delegate the sales team.
  • A high level of understanding of the market.
  • Able to recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successful.

Qualifications

This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Dallas office located in The Shops at Park Lane.
