Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives to own and meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Lead and develop the Account Executive team by providing clear direction, feedback, coaching and recruiting key talent.
- Drive execution of the Call Box Sales Playbook.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations tailored to large and key prospects’ needs and priorities.
- Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve team objectives.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of account.
- Travel up to 25%
Requirements
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience leading a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to plan and execute strong strategies.
- Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team.
- Able to manage and delegate the sales team.
- A high level of understanding of the market.
- Able to recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successful.
Qualifications
This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Dallas office located in The Shops at Park Lane.
