Regional Director of Resident Care - RN License
The Regional Director of Resident Care provides clinical leadership and operational support across multiple senior living communities. This role partners closely with Regional Operations Leaders, Executive Directors, and Director of Health & Wellness leaders to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and operational consistency throughout the region.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced regional clinical leader who:
- Holds an active Wisconsin RN license in good standing
- Has 1–3+ years of successful multi-site clinical leadership experience
- Serves as a strategic clinical partner, mentor, and coach
- Supports quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and leadership development across assigned communities
Responsibilities
Maintains current knowledge of state regulations and monitors proposed changes to regulations
Develops Plans of Corrective Actions with the Regional Operations Leader (ROL), Executive Directors (ED) and Director of Health and Wellness (DHW)
Schedules periodic site visits to provide supervision, clinical expertise, ensure communication, and to monitor the overall operation the clinical services department
Conducts facility reviews based on operational needs, changes in management and commitment to regulatory compliance
Reviews all potential move-outs
Reviews all potential move-in denials prior to any communication with prospective resident or family member
Provides in-service training and orientation to community staff regarding survey process, risk management, corporate compliance, performance improvement, etc.
Participates in the clinical review of residents as needed
Audits level of care assessments for accuracy and compliance
Participates in review of clinical risk scenarios at the community level to mitigate liability and risk
Works closely with the RF and DHW to review and interpret state regulations as needed
Orchestrates onboarding of new DHWs
Participates in the clinical review of new move-ins as needed and in support of the DHW
Champions the company culture as all times
Provides supervision and guidance to community administrators and Director of Health and Wellness staff and others as assigned to assure delivery of consistently high-quality care to residents
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years in a regional or multi-site clinical leadership role supporting multiple senior living communities
- Strong knowledge of Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations
- Experience with state surveys, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical operations
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
