Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of dietary professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to achieve excellent results
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve food service quality, patient satisfaction, and cost control
• Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to ensure seamless integration of dietary services, patient care, and facilities operations
• Conduct regular facility visits to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize operations, and make informed business decisions
• Foster strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders to promote open communication and trust
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare dietary management, with a strong background in operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, dietary standards, and patient care principles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Able to travel regularly to visit facilities and attend meetings
